At Watches Of, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Place the watch back into its original luxury presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
